How are items packaged?

Our products are packaged in our Premium Branded Reexert Boxes. Each product is individually wrapped in bubble wrap to guarantee secure delivery, ensuring it reaches you in perfect condition. We take pride in the quality of our packaging.

My order has been shipped. How can I track it?

Upon dispatch, you will receive an email and SMS containing the tracking number and tracking URL. You can track your package’s status 24 hours after it leaves our warehouse.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours from our warehouse. Typically, deliveries take approximately 3 days in metro cities and around 5 days in non-metro cities after dispatch.

Are there any shipping charges for my order?

No, we provide Free Shipping on all orders above Rs. 499. For orders below Rs. 499, a shipping charge of Rs. 50 is applicable.

Does Reexert.com offer international shipping?

Due to the significant impact of the Covid-19 situation on international shipments, we are currently not shipping outside of India.
