Order Modification and Cancellation Policy:
We understand that circumstances may arise, requiring changes to or cancellations of confirmed orders. To facilitate a smooth process, we have established the following policies:
Order Cancellation:
- Cancellation Window: Customers are encouraged to initiate order cancellations within the first 2 hours of placing their order. This can be done by sending an email to support@reexert.com.
- Dispatch Efficiency: Our dispatch system operates with a high level of efficiency. Once an order has been dispatched, it enters a streamlined process, and unfortunately, cancellations or replacements cannot be accommodated at that stage.
- Refund Process: If the payment for the order has already been made, refunds will be processed using the same method through which the payment was initially received. The refund process is expected to be completed within 10 working days from the date of the confirmed order cancellation.
- Bank/Payment Gateway Norms: The refund timeline adheres to the standard procedures and norms set by your respective bank or payment gateway.
Order Modification:
- Order Update (Before Processing): Customers have the flexibility to update their confirmed orders before the processing stage. Any changes or edits can be made during this period.
- Limitations After Confirmation: Once an order is confirmed, it is not possible to add additional products to the existing order. Changes are limited to the items already included in the order.
- Requesting Changes: If you wish to make any changes or edits to your order before it is processed, kindly reach out to us at support@reexert.com. Our dedicated customer care team is ready to assist you with customized solutions to meet your requirements.
- Processing Stage: Please note that changes can only be accommodated before the order enters the processing stage. Once processing has commenced, modifications to the order may not be feasible.
